Solution - A simple two-column array of tile samples creates the core display module, constructed in faux cabinet-finished wood. Framed by graphics and a header, a single display module hangs on a wall alone, or adjacent to other modules (shown below). Modules also bolt together back to back and attach to a simple welded steel base to create a free-standing tile display, with graphic panels on each side of the bolt-up and a take-one brochure holder below (shown below left). Comment - Modular displays like this one are very tolerant of changes in merchandising strategies - particularly helpful on new product rollouts when actual retail display needs are anyone's guess. Modular designs make it easy to add to an existing sample board display installation because the modules can be bolted together as needed and the signage can be upgraded inexpensively.
