Cell phone interactive kiosk

Objective - Create an interactive kiosk for cell phones to present cellular phones and cell phone accessories from a number of cell phone companies. Include an interactive LCD multimedia touch screen for displaying phone service plans, with printouts on demand. Also include add-in cell phone display case modules to expand this retail store interactive kiosk design to merchandize other consumer electronics products.

Solution - Six interactive cell phone display alcoves present phones, graphics and literature around the circular kiosk (left). Lighting illuminates the headers and down-lights the cell phone displays. An LCD touch screen displays product information from Sprint, Cingular, MCI, Verizon, etc.
    The basic cell phone kiosk can also be expanded by adding any number of flat-fronted merchandising modules (right).

Comment - Manufacturing this interactive kiosk out of just four bolt-together modules (a top and bottom half-round and a top and bottom flat-front case) makes this design very versatile. Almost any display configuration is possible: a simple half-round end cap kiosk, a corner wrap-around kiosk, a free standing island of any size or floor plan. That's ideal when you're merchandising rapidly evolving consumer electronic products.
