GPS interactive kiosk

Objective - Create an interactive kiosk to demonstrate an Alpine automotive aftermarket GPS system in auto dealerships and consumer electronics boutiques.

Solution - This GPS interactive kiosk presents GPS information on a large screen (not shown) using an oversized handheld remote on top of the display. Depressions in the display face describe system features and provide wells within which to display widgetry.

Comment - Sleek countertop size interactive kiosks work well for many high tech products (think Sirius radios, Blackberries, iPODs, PDAs, flash memory). Clear covers make the expensive merchandise easy to see up close but virtually pilfer proof.
   Produced in quantity, formed plastic counter displays can be both more interesting and less expensive than traditional wood, metal and glass display cases.
